Filipiknows Network unveiled the winners of the Fili-Choice Awards, the pioneering Filipino award-giving body in Qatar that recognises the best efforts and hard work of numerous individuals, groups, organisations and brands in Qatar.
Fili-Choice Awards aimed to recognise and reward the exceptional work of personalities and organisations who continuously uplift and honour the Filipino communities in Qatar, the GCC and all over the world. Each winner received a plaque and certificate of appreciation as well as tokens provided by sponsors.
Around 80 guests, representing different organisations, government offices and local and international brands, attended the ceremony on a wooden dhow at The Pearl-Qatar. Carlo Yan, founder of Filipiknows Network, said big things start from small and humble beginnings.
The award received more than 300 nominations from various organisations and individuals in Qatar, for three major categories and 45 awards. The awards are given solely on merit and are awarded to commend those most deserving for their ingenuity and hard work.
