Mondrian Doha, from leading global lifestyle hospitality company sbe, has announced its official Ramadan offering. Embracing Mondrian Doha’s first Ramadan in Qatar, culinary delights will evoke the senses this holy month with its One Thousand and One Arabian Nights-inspired Ramadan Tent.

Hosted in Mondrian Doha’s 2000 sqm Moonstone Ballroom the Ramadan Tent is a blend of the Qatari spirit where traditional elements are effortlessly synced with the modern and worldly. Pastels, golds and ornate settings will transport diners to the mystical wonderland at the Arabian Gulf. In keeping with the extensive bespoke work of Dutch-designer Marcel Wanders, the influence of the Ramadan Tent stays true to inspiration from the beauty of local patterns, ornate Arabic writing and historic souks. The essence of One Thousand and One Nights, a collection of Middle Eastern folk tales and stories, has also influenced the design of the space, which is detailed-orientated and complex, with a number of facets, levels and layers.

Guests can continue the food fair with Mondrian Doha’s exquisite Ramadan Tent and enjoy Suhoor where family and friends can enjoy an abundance of sharing dishes including classics such as Chicken Harees, Chicken Machboos, Lamb Mashkool as well as a grandiose selection of desserts, drinks and juices.
