AIR Exhibition 2017-2018: Dual Inspiration
Dual Inspirations explores the intellectual concepts that revolve around inspiration as a platform. Over a nine-month residency programme, 18 artists were engaged in rich monthly debates with curators and researchers that helped to shape a diverse assemblage of artistic approaches from inception all the way to their final form as artworks.

Arab and German Tales Exhibition at Qatar National Library
The exhibition is organised within the framework of the Qatar–Germany Year of Culture and provides an insight into the history of Arabic and German fairy and folk tales, and how the two traditions influenced each other. Until 18 August. More details here.

Gardens of Al Andalus
Created by the Islamic Culture Foundation of Madrid (FUNCI), the exhibition highlights the importance of gardens in Islam and displays the plants, tools, and gardening methods used by Muslims in Andalusia. The exhibition was brought to Qatar by the Qur’anic Botanic Garden after successfully being exhibited in various countries in the Mediterranean and the Arabian Gulf. Deconstructing the Sacred by Othman Al Khunji
‘Deconstructing the Sacred’ is Al Khunji’s first solo exhibition in Qatar, and features interactive installations created through the use and application of innovative technology, including 3D printing, Arduino technology, laser cutting, neon glass heat bending, and water jet engraving.
