Ramadan Opening Hours 2019

During the holy month of Ramadan, business opening hours change across Qatar including government offices, banks and malls. We will continue to update the listing throughout the month.  


BANKS

Ahlibank

City Center-Doha branch is open Saturday to Thursday, 10 am to 2:30 pm and 9 pm to 11:30 pm / Friday, 9 pm to 12 am. All other branches are open Sunday to Thursday, 9 am to 2 pm.

These branches are open in the evening, Sunday to Thursday, 9 pm to 11 pm:
Markhiya, Mirqab, Rayyan, Old Airport

These branches are open on Saturday, 9 am to 12 pm:
Salwa, Mirqab, Old Airport, Mansoura, Markhiya, Rayyan, Industrial Area

Doha Bank
All branches except for Al Mirqab and Cash Center – Grand Hamad Street, are open from 10 am to 1 pm and from 9 pm to 11:30 pm, Saturday to Thursday, and on Fridays, from 9 pm to 11:30 pm. Al Mirqab branch is open from 9 am to 2 pm and from 9 pm to 11 pm, Sunday to Thursday. Cash Center – Grand Hamad Street branch is open from 9 am to 2 pm and from 8 pm to 10 pm. Both branches are closed on Fridays and Saturdays.

International Bank of Qatar (IBQ)
All branches open from 9 am to 2 pm, Sunday to Thursday, except for Lagoona Mall branch, which will be open from 10 am to 3 pm, and from 9 am to 12 pm everyday, including weekends. Main branch will also open in the evening, 9 pm to 11 pm, Sunday to Wednesday.  

Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) 
Branches on Airport Road, Al Wakra, Salwa Road, Al Rayyan, Al Khor, Corporate (Grand Hamad Street)
are open Sunday to Thursday, 9 am to 2 pm / Saturday, 9 am to 12 pm; on from 9 pm to 11:30 pm, Sunday to Wednesday.

Mall branches – City Center-Doha, The Gate Mall, Dar Al Salam, Q-Mall, Mall of Qatar, Doha Festival City, Tawar Mall, Mirqab Mall are open Sunday to Thursday, from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm, and from 9 pm to 11:30 pm, daily.

Hamad International Airport branch open 24/7.

C-Ring Service Center open from 9 am to 2 pm, Saturday to Thursday; and from 9 pm to 11:30 pm, Sunday to Wednesday.

Other branches, Ladies, Tamayuz and private centres are open from 9 am to 2 pm, Sunday to Thursday.

HAMAD MEDICAL CORPORATION (HMC)

All emergency and inpatient services across HMC’s network of hospitals will operate as usual, 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Patients requiring information about scheduled appointments or clinic operating hours during Ramadan can call 16060. During Ramadan, Nesma’ak will continue to send mobile text message reminders to patients prior their appointment. To confirm or change your appointment, call 16060.

Blood Donor Center Ramadan timing 2Hamad General Hospital: Outpatient clinics will be open from 8 am to 1 pm, Sunday to Thursday and evening clinics will be open from 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm, Sunday to Wednesday. The evening clinic at the Bone and Joint Center will be open from 1 pm to 5 pm, Sunday to Wednesday. The main Outpatient Department (OPD) pharmacy, located on the ground floor of Hamad General Hospital will be open from 8 am to 1 pm and from 8:30 pm to 12 am, Sunday to Wednesday and from 8 am to 1 pm on Thursday.

Women’s Wellness and Research Center: Outpatient clinics will be open from 8 am to 1 pm, Sunday to Thursday, from 7: 30pm to 10:30 pm, Sunday to Wednesday. OPD pharmacy will be open during clinic hours.

Ambulatory Care Center: Outpatient clinics will be open from 8 am to 1 pm, Sunday to Thursday, with afternoon clinics for GI/Endoscopy, Urology, Pre-Admission and Anaesthesia, and ENT open from 1 pm to 4 pm, Sunday to Thursday.

Communicable Disease Center: Outpatient clinics will be open from 8 am to 5 pm, Sunday to Wednesday, and from 8 am to 1 pm on Thursdays. All support services including pharmacy, radiology and laboratory (phlebotomy) will be available during OPD clinic hours.

Qatar Rehabilitation Institute: Outpatient clinics will operate from 8 am to 1 pm, Sunday to Thursday. OPD pharmacy will be open during clinic hours.

Heart Hospital: Outpatient clinics and non-invasive service will be open and available from 8 am to 1 pm, Sunday to Thursday. There will be no evening clinics throughout Ramadan. The OPD pharmacy will operate from 8 am to 1 pm, Sunday to Thursday, and from 11 am to 4 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The Cath Lab will operate from 7 am to 3 pm, with on-call services available for emergencies 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Rumailah Hospital: Outpatient clinics will be open from 8 am to 1 pm, Sunday to Thursday. All therapy services will be open from 7 am to 3 pm, Sunday to Thursday, and OPD pharmacy services will operate from 8 am to 4 pm, Sunday and Tuesday and from 8 am to 3 pm, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. The Plastic Surgery service will be open from 8 am to 4 pm, Sunday and Tuesday and from 8 am to 1 pm, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The Wound Care Clinic will be open from 7 am to 3 pm, Sunday to Thursday, and the Geriatric and Long-term Care service will be open from 8 am to 1 pm, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and from 8 am to 3 pm on Tuesdays. The Oral and Maxillofacial service will be open from 8 am to 1 pm, Sunday to Thursday, and will hold evening clinics from 8 pm to 11 pm, Sunday to Wednesday.

National Center for Cancer Care and Research: Outpatient clinics will be open from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday and from 1pm to 4pm on Mondays. OPD pharmacy services will be open from 8am to 1.30pm, Sunday to Thursday, and from 9am to 2pm on Saturdays. The Day Care Unit and Radiation Therapy Service will be open from 7am to 3pm, Sunday to Thursday.

Al Wakra Hospital: Outpatient clinics will be open from 8am to 4pm, Sunday to Wednesday, from 8am to 1pm on Thursdays, and from 11am to 2pm on Saturdays. The Burns Surgery outpatient service will also be open from 7am to 3pm on Saturdays, and the physiotherapy service will be open from 7am to 5pm, Sunday to Thursday. The main OPD pharmacy, laboratory (phlebotomy) services, and other support services will operate during OPD clinic times.

Hazm Mebaireek General Hospital: Outpatient clinics will be open from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday. The main OPD pharmacy will be open from 8am to 1pm, Sunday to Thursday.

The Cuban Hospital: There are no changes to OPD clinic and pharmacy operating hours. Outpatient clinics and pharmacy services will be open from 7:15 am to 3 pm, Sunday to Thursday and depending on appointments, OPD dental services will operate until 9 pm, Sunday to Thursday.

Al Khor Hospital: Outpatient clinics and OPD dental services will operate from 8 am to 1 pm, Sunday to Thursday. There will be no evening clinics during Ramadan.

Hamad Dental Center: Orthodontic and Pediatric Dentistry Clinics will be open from 8 am to 4 pm, Sunday to Wednesday and from 8 am to 1 pm on Thursday. Prosthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, and dental diagnostic and surgical science (DDSS) services will operate from 8 am to 1 pm and from 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm, Sunday to Wednesday and from 8 am to 1 pm on Thursday.

Mental Health Services: Outpatient clinics and OPD pharmacy services will be open from 8 am to 1 pm, Sunday to Thursday and evening clinics will operate from 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm at Hamad General Hospital on Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The Referral and Booking Management System (RBMS) will operate from 7 am to 10 pm, Sunday to Thursday. Nesma’ak Customer Care will operate from 7 am to 10 pm, Sunday to Thursday and from 10 am to 4 pm on Friday and Saturday.

Open daily from 10 am to 1 pm and from Iftar until 12 am. F&B outlets are open from Iftar until 1 am. Hypermarket open from 9 am to 2 am, Saturday to Thursday and from 8 am to 2 am on Friday. 

Dar Al Salam Mall
(First half) Saturday to Thursday, 10 am to 3 pm and from 7:30 pm to 12 am / Friday, 2 pm to 12 am; (Second half) Saturday to Thursday, 10 am to 1 am / Friday, 2 pm to 1 am. F&B outlets open from 6 pm to 1 am, while the supermarket is open from 9 am to 1 am (with a Friday Prayer Break from 11:30 am to 1 pm).  

Doha Festival City
(First half) Open daily from 10 am to 3 pm and 7 pm to 12 am; (Second half) 10 am to 1 am. F&B outlets are open from Iftar until 1 am (first half) and until 2 am (second half). The mall is open from 10 am to 1 am during Eid Al Fitr.

(First half) Saturday to Thursday, 10 am to 3 pm and 7:30 pm to 12 am / Friday, from 7:30 pm to 12 am. F&B outlets open from Iftar until 1 am. Carrefour open Saturday to Thursday, from 9 am to 12 am / Friday, 9 am to 1 am.

Tawar Mall
Open Saturday to Thursday, 10 am to 4 pm and 8 pm to 1 am / Friday from 2 pm to 5 pm and from 8 pm 1 am. Hypermarket is open from 9 am to 1 am, Saturday to Thursday and from 12:30 pm to 1 am on Friday. F&B outlets open from Iftar until am.

Villaggio Mall 
Open Saturday to Thursday, 10 am to 3 pm and from 7:30 pm to 1 am, and on Friday, from 1 pm, to 1 am. F&B outlets open for Iftar until 1 am.

National Museum of Qatar  
NMoQ is open seven days a week, from 8 pm to 12 am during Ramadan.  

Museum of Islamic Art  
Open from 9 am to 2 pm and from 8 pm to 12 am, Saturday to Thursday; and from 8 pm to 12 am on Friday. MIA Park is open 24 hours daily.  

Mathaf: Arab Museum of Modern Art
Open from 9 am to 4 pm, Saturday to Thursday and on Friday, from 1:30 pm to 4 pm. Call 4402 8855 or 4402 8830 for more information.

Fire Station
Open from 9 am to 2 pm and from 8 pm to 12 am, Saturday to Thursday; and from 8 pm to 12 am on Friday.

NOVO CINEMAS

Novo Cinemas at 01 Mall is closed for renovations from 5 to 22 May. Their branches at the Mall of Qatar, Souq Waqif and The Pearl will remain open.

    I have passed by Aramex at 12:58 am based on the information provided on this page and they were closed.

    The answer machine on the phone says that working hours are from Sat-Thu 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, but I’m sure they work during evening as well during the holly month of Ramadan.

      We have contacted the malls regarding the same. Haven’t received any updates on this so far.
