The 6th Qatar International Boat Show (QIBS) is set to open this week, promising to showcase unique and high quality yachts, dhows and motorboats at The Pearl-Qatar, under the auspices of the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, HE Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani.
Organised by Mannai Plus Events, the show expects to attract over 30 impressive motorboats, luxury yachts and unique dhows which will be displayed on land and water and complemented by exhibitor chalets, from many of the top names in the maritime industry. Boats from Germany, Italy, Pakistan and Turkey are expected to showcase their best boats during the show.
Khalid Issa Al Mannai, Chairman of Mannai Plus Events, said QIBS would not be possible without their sponsors and the ‘endless’ support of the State of Qatar. The event, he said, has supported the country’s tourism and exhibitions industry, encouraging and attracting private sector investment in the marine industry.
QIBS will be a five-day event starting on 12 March, Tuesday, until 16 March, Saturday, at 25-29 La Croisette, Porto Arabia, The Pearl-Qatar. More details about the show available here.
