al khaliji Organises Seminar for Al Dhameen Clients

As part of its commitment to the realisation of the Qatar National Vision 2030 through investing in the country’s economic growth and diversification, Al Khaliji Commercial Bank (al khaliji) PQSC, organised a seminar at its Um Lekhba Branch for its Qatar Development Bank (QDB) Al Dhameen customers, to introduce the bank’s Al Dhameen clients to al khaliji’s products and services.

The customers also got a chance to learn about the use of trade finance, working capital facilities and cash management services to enhance their businesses’ cash flow and profitability. A representative from QDB also delivered a special presentation on the products and services offered by QDB to help Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) start their business with ease and help them grow into a professional and successful business.

al khaliji’s seminar additionally served as an open discussion and networking platform for existing and future SME owners and businessmen to exchange views and strategies, while learning more about financing options designed to help them attain success and growth in their businesses.

Al Dhameen is an indirect loan facility established by QDB to guarantee commercial bank loans to private sector companies, as a way of assisting SMEs that show components of success with limited credit history or lack of collateral to obtain access to funds, for establishing or growing their businesses.

The seminar held reflects al khaliji’s belief that to be a successful financial institution, the bank must meet the needs of both this generation and future generations of employees, customers, investors and business partners, by blending tradition with innovation.
