Luxury Restaurants are selected on the basis of interior design to a high standard; good quality food, to the standard of haute cuisine; as well as excellent service reviews. Voting is based on the food experience as a whole, combined with aspects of service excellence, presentation, quality and menu choices. Votes are from mainly from guests, but also from the coveted industry professionals.
