On 28 May 2024, Alwadi Hotel Doha – MGallery Collection celebrated a memorable milestone by unveiling its highly anticipated MGallery Collection campaign, where M comes to life, synonymous with memorable and meaningful moments.

The MGallery Collection latest campaign marks the renewal of the pillars of the boutique hotel collection through M Moments captured in order to showcase a variety of locations and destinations. Moments of poetry. Moments of sharing. Moments of adventure. Moments intimately linked to the history and environment of each hotel. Moments that can’t be described, but are experienced and savoured.

From now on, guests of the MGallery Collection hotels will be able to experience even more unique, first-class adventures in every corner of the world. Created through the eyes of locals, they highlight traditions and reflect remarkable destinations. The desire to explore is combined with a strong commitment to local communities.

The MGallery campaign launch at the Alwadi Hotel Doha began with a meet & greet featuring a welcome drink and a saxophone performance in the lobby. Guests then moved to Cila, beautifully decorated with white and purple flowers and candles, creating an elegant and warm atmosphere. They were served the vibrant Red Pearl signature cocktail:

  • 50 cl Hendrick’s Gin
  • 15 cl orange liqueur
  • 20 cl pomegranate syrup
  • 20 cl dragon fruit shrub
  • 30 cl lime juice
  • Egg white

Mr Erik, the F&B director engaged with the guests about the inspiration of putting the drink together.

The culinary experience began with a brief from Chef Hicham about each course that was served to highlight the authenticity of Qatari gastronomy and the locally and regionally sourced ingredients used in the menu.

After the appetisers, the MGallery campaign video premiered on five screens, creating a vibrant and joyful atmosphere. The ‘M Moment’ was then unveiled by Alwadi Hotel Doha – MGallery Collection.

Guests enjoyed a modern twist on regional specialties with a menu starting with Desert Oasis Greens, followed by Golden Bites, and main courses of traditional Harees, braised lamb shank, or Gulf-flavoured lobster, ending with Desert Delight. The event highlighted the MGallery Collection’s commitment to exceptional gastronomy and mixology.

Each MGallery hotel has its own ‘M Moment’, a unique and exclusive experience that reflects its history and location. This commitment to creating unique, first-class adventures reflects local traditions and support local communities.

The M Moment journey by Alwadi Hotel Doha – MGallery Collection begins with a guided tour of the Souq Waqif and its old bazaar, spice market, jewellery and perfume souks. Then, a diving experience in Doha’s old port to discover Qatar’s oldest tradition of pearl and oyster diving, fishing and other marine activities. And to wrap up, guests will enjoy an exploration of the Msheireb Museums to discover the country’s hidden treasures, ending with a special dinner surrounded by art.
