Representatives from the Marhaba team were invited to brunch to taste some of the flavours of Western Australia prepared by Chef Simon George from the Hyatt Regency in Perth. He is part of the Chef Exchange Programme and is only here till the 15th of July. The food was exquisite and the choice seemed endless!
Here were just a few salad selections on offer: orange fennel and walnut salad; pear, blue cheese and hazelnut salad and beetroot, balsamic, pistachio and orange salad.
There was mouth-watering sushi and a selection of fish such as: dill cured salmon and beetroot cured kingfish. Additionally a large selection of roast meats was on offer.
There were also tempting desserts such as carrot cake, white and milk chocolate fondue, cheesecake and seemingly a hundred other types of cakes!
