Doha CollegeDoha College students are celebrating the results of an outstanding examination – another record in its 38-year history.  These results place the college among the very elite of British schools throughout the world and highlight the quality of education and the excellent learning opportunities in Qatar.

The results of the (i)GCSE examinations boasted an incredible 99.2% of the students achieving five or more A*- C marks. 61% of the grades were A* or As, and nearly a third of all grades were straight A*s. These scores open practically unrestricted choices of future careers for the Doha College students, who will be well equipped to take on diverse third level education courses in all corners of the world.

Having achieved a remarkable round of results in their A-level examinations with 47% A* – A and 90% A* – C, DC alumni were successful in securing places at numerous reputable global universities. This list includes University of Cambridge, University of Manchester, Imperial College London, St Andrews, Kings College London, Carnegie Mellon University and Weill Cornell University in Qatar, Boston University, University of Texas, University of Houston, University of British Columbia, University of Chicago, California Institute for the Arts and Erasmus University (Amsterdam), and many more.  At AS-level, 60% A and B grades is nothing short of a prodigious achievement, which sets the bar high for when this cohort sit their A-levels next year.
