Aspire Zone Foundation (AZF) announced the winners of the Photography and Best Children’s Poster competitions, held on the sidelines of the 2nd Aspire International Kite Festival that concluded on 9 March.

The Photography competition was organised in collaboration with Qatar Photographic Society (QPS) and encouraged local photographers to capture the Kite Festival in action.

Ibrahem Naim Alomari won the top prize and received QAR20,000 cash prize. Jake Paulo Llamas came in second place and won a business-class plane ticket to a destination of his choice. Mohamed Nageeb Nasr came in third place and received two economy class plane tickets. Ali Gad and Said Muhamed Firos, who came in fourth and fifth places respectively, each received a professional camera.

Aspire also announced the winners of the poster competition for children five to 13 years old. All winners received valuable awards from Virgin Megastores.
