Aspire Zone Foundation (AZF) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU) to launch a strategic cooperation between the two parties and engage in various joint projects and programmes. HBKU is a member of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development.

The MoU was signed by AZF CEO Mohammed Khalifa Al Suwaidi, and HBKU Vice President of Operations Engineer Soud Al Tamimi.

Speaking on the agreement, Al Suwaidi said they are proud to partner with HBKU in building and developing the next generation of talent in line with Qatar National Vision 2030 and its human development pillar.

Engineer Al Tamimi said that their commitment to Qatar’s strategic and developmental goals is HBKU’s guiding principle, fueling their drive to build and develop ‘human capital’ and institutional capability. He said that the cooperation underscores their commitment to support public and private organisations in developing their people.

The agreement will pave the way for an enhanced framework of mutual cooperation in various areas, including future projects, scientific research and technical programmes.
