Casa Batalha, a Portuguese jewellery boutique, has opened its first branch in Qatar and the region at The Mall shopping complex in the D-Ring Road.

The launch of the boutique was marked by the presence of Qatari Businesswomen Association (QBWA). QBWA Board Member and Guest of Honour, Buthaina Al Ansari, officially opened the boutique at a ladies-only ceremony on Thursday 6 February 2014.

Casa Batalha, founded in 1635, is one of the oldest brands in Portugal. The brand was acquired by the Lanidor Group in 2009, bringing a unique coalition of tradition and modernity, not only in every piece of jewellery or accessory, but in all aspects of their boutiques. Recently, Equinox SPC has acquired Casa Batalha’s brand management in Qatar.

With a wide range of sets, whether classic, sober or exuberant Casa Batalha believes that any look is not complete without that magic touch of jewellery.
