Centara West Bay Hotel and Residences has partnered with Qatar Red Crescent to extend vital assistance to the earthquake and flood-affected regions of Morocco and Libya. The charitable initiative will help raise much-needed relief to the communities grappling with the aftermath of the natural disaster.

To facilitate the initiative and engage the community, Centara West Bay placed donation boxes at the hotel. These boxes are accessible to both in-house guests and dedicated employees, encouraging them to contribute essential items such as clothing, footwear, bags, children’s toys, and kitchen equipment. As part of this effort, the hotel has also generously donated towels, bathrobes, bedsheets, and pillowcases.

Centara West Bay General Manager Sean Spinks expressed his pride in the hotel’s ongoing collaboration with Qatar Red Crescent to support and enhance corporate social responsibility within the hotel community.

He said that Centara West Bay, in a remarkable display of compassion and unity, has taken steps to support Morocco and Libya during these times of need. He also underscored how they are committed to the brand’s values and will continue to provide support as part of their ongoing commitment.
