Centara West Bay Residences & Suites Doha has announced the reopening of its restaurants on 1 July with enhanced safety protocols that showcases Contactless Dining Experience.
In response to the easing under government’s restrictions following the four-phase plan, Caprice Restaurant and Dalchini Restaurant & Bar will resume services to guests with the highest standards and extensive wellbeing measures.
For guest reassurance and confidence, Centara West Bay fully performed rigorous hotel and staff training under Centara Complete Care. The programme developed in close collaboration with Ecolab, a global leader in water and hygiene technologies with Swiss international firm SGS, the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company.
Centara Complete Care is a 12-point action plan covering social distancing, health, hygiene, and enhanced sanitisation across the entire guest experience journey; supported with extensive training and accreditation and monitoring.
Among the rigorous changes is the elimination of self-service buffets at its restaurants, the social distancing of two metres between tables, chairs, function space and sun loungers; which are sanitised in-between guest usage, coupled with increased frequency in the sanitisation of all public areas such as lifts. Surface disinfectant wipes are provided in front of the lift prior to use and press the lift’s button. In-room dining and delivery of personal luggage items are handed over sanitised to guests at the room door.
Sanitising gel and disposable face masks are to be placed in guest rooms. Biohazard bins are placed in all public areas. Contactless measures for check-in and payment as well as teleconferencing capabilities help businesses get back to work. Staff, who have undergone special training, will wear accredited face masks at all times, temperature readings and hand sanitisation are mandatory for all guests and employees.
Swimming pool and fitness centre facilities will remain closed for the time being but all safety measures have been prepared and followed by the government’s strict rules when it is re-opening in phase 4.
Caprice Restaurant and Dalchini Restaurant & Bar will introduce their much anticipated Contactless Dining Experience concept.
