All food aficionados are invited into the show kitchen as Chef Ricardo will demonstrate the preparation of a festive dinner around the theme of the majestic valleys of Piedmonte e Lombardia. The dining experience includes commentary on each dish, explaining food pairing concepts and themes, and addressing queries from guests throughout the event. At the end of the evening, each guest will receive a recipe book as a gift to remember.
