Commercial Bank has heavily invested in digital technology to make its banking services more convenient for customers, including revamping its Mobile Banking App; launching a first-to-market 60-second digital remittance service which rapidly credits beneficiary accounts in over 30 countries on the same day; and launching more than 430,000 contactless cards with ‘Tap N’ Pay’ technology, reaching over two million transactions for quick and easy purchases.
