Summer celebrations kicked off at COYA Doha, the award-winning luxury Peruvian restaurant at W Doha, with a heady mix of Puesta del Sol menus, weekend vibes featuring their ever-so-famous brunch, a week of special dishes to mark National Ceviche Day (so good that 24 hours were not enough) – and a  signature masterclass!

According to Middle East Director of Operations Stefano Pizzini, they know how to get into the summer party mood at COYA and it will be where all the fun happens.

Puesta del Sol

To get the season off to a real summer start, COYA’S popular Puesta del Sol sunset menu, normally served between 6 pm to 8 pm, Saturday to Wednesday, will now be an almost daily affair – except Fridays. The menu is a ray of sunshine in itself and perfect for enjoying sundowners with a delicious platter of dish favourites including salmon tacos, chicken anticuchos and wagyu short rib baos. There’s a tempting beverage menu with which to relax to the best COYA beats from the resident DJ.

Diners, too, don’t have to wait until sunset to savour Puesta del Sol’s great flavours. Guests in a hurry can opt for the Speedy Lunch from Saturday to Thursday, where they can indulge in two delicious appetizers, a main course and a side dish with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options readily available. They can also finish  their lunch on a sweet note with a dessert.

COYA’s award-winning Friday brunch

As summer begins, guests can keep cool and continue to enjoy COYA’s award-winning party brunch every Friday. Offering free flowing, specially curated beverages and all the best live entertainment and beats from the house DJ. Guests can tuck into an array of delicious food such as the famous COYA guacamole, oysters, Insta-famous platter featuring fresh ceviches, salads and tiraditos, a selection of succulent skewers, beef fillet, salmon fillet, the much-loved Chilean seabass hot pot and more! COYA is the ideal place for friends and family to gather for a vibrant summer.

COYA Masterclass and National Ceviche Day

For those who want to learn all the best kept secrets of COYA, the signature masterclass is the place to be. Shake, stir and mix up some COYA classics from the bar as well as make your own ceviche with the talented team.

DOHA - National Ceviche Day

COYA Doha is also celebrating National Ceviche Day on 28 June with a special seven-dish ceviche platter to mark the day. For those who aren’t so familiar with the iconic dish, ceviche is a Latin American seafood dish  typically made from fresh raw fish cured in fresh citrus juices, most commonly lemon or lime.

This years platter includes sea bream, scallop, seabass, tuna, octopus and corn bursting with vibrant colours and flavours. Because the special platter is so good, the COYA celebration will last much longer than just one day and will run from 26 June to 2 July.

Guests can also elevate their Peruvian experience by enjoying the platter during lunch and dinner.
