‘Being certified with the ISO certification is a great accomplishment and we are truly delighted to receive it. This fully demonstrates our ongoing commitment in prioritising the safety of our hotel guests and colleagues.’

A team from various departments, including Kitchen, Food and Beverage Service, Procurement, Stewarding, Engineering, Housekeeping and Human Resources worked together to achieve the certification. This team under the leadership of Aswad Sharif, the hotel’s Hygiene Manager, worked over the past year to put in place processes, communication channels and controls and plans for HACCP operation.
