Muslims around the world celebrated Eid Al Fitr to mark the end of Ramadan by gathering and feasting with friends and family. However, the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the way Muslims broke their fast and celebrated Eid.
In some countries, coronavirus restrictions meant gatherings were not possible and families had to celebrate the normally festive holiday from home, but worshippers in other countries showed up in mosques wearing face masks and gloves to pray despite the health crisis.
