Kicking off the culinary journey, The St. Regis Doha is elevating its timeless tradition of Afternoon Tea by presenting the TWG Saturday Tea Ceremony. Sarab Lounge will play host to fine food and tea pairings presented by a specialist team sommelier, and will, for the first time, introduce its own tea retail counter. Every Saturday, 2:30 pm—5 pm for QAR 149. Afternoon tea service starts at 2:30 pm—8 pm.
Starting from 15 September, the world-famous St. Regis Grand Brunch at Vine Restaurant returns with a truly unique experience. Guests can select from 16 different food stations and liquid bars with live entertainment and a host of activities for children. Every Friday, 12:30 pm—4 pm for QAR 350 inclusive of soft beverages and QAR 450 inclusive of enhanced beverages.
Astor Grill re-opens serving up a new captivating à la carte menu in an inviting and relaxed dining environment, serving prime cuts of meat and tempting fish dishes, with hearty sides. Guests can also close the deal over lunch or opt for the Astor’s Supper to celebrate by choosing from two set-course options. For a unique experience, witness culinary theatre when dining at the Chef’s Table. 1 pm—4 pm for lunch; 4 pm—11 pm for supper and dinner.
The St. Regis Doha culinary journey also presents live entertainment at The Club, where guests can immerse themselves in the smooth sounds of the live band. Kick up your heels at the popular ladies night, Senorita night, every Tuesday where you can salsa to the beats of the live Latino duo or sit back and enjoy a delectable Tapas and light bites menu to tantalise the taste buds all night long. Oyster Bay kicks off the balmy season with stunning picturesque views, a relaxing setting where you can indulge on refreshing beverages and superb bites making Oyster Bay the premier destination for relaxing outdoors. Noon until sunset and 7 pm until late.
The award-winning Opal by Gordon Ramsay resumes its Business Lunch, a journey of flavours with a three-course set menu to choose from where guests can take pleasure and embrace their lunch time.

Gordon Ramsay continues his flavourful journey of signature tastes at St. Regis Doha through Dinner by Gordon Ramsay where cuisine lovers can experience a special three-course set menu plus one enhanced beverage. Monday—Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 6 pm—11 pm.
Focusing on global food trends, Sekushi at the Raw Bar will once again welcome guests to its Oyster Bar while being transported to a world of raw gastronomy showcasing the best of raw cuisine with its wide selection caviars, oysters, carpaccio, ceviche and sushi. Saturday—Thursday, noon—11 pm and Friday at 6:30 pm—11 pm. Sekushi will be on Thursday, 6 pm—11 pm.
London Twist at Opal by Gordon Ramsay returns 18 September 2017 promising the most mouth-watering burgers, hotdogs, fish and shrimp all exquisitely prepared by Head Chef, Elias Gemayel.
