The National Museum of Qatar (NMoQ) is taking the community back to the roots of traditional Arabian courtyards by welcoming visitors to Baraha Souq, a vibrant artisan market that takes place every other weekend at the Baraha area of NMoQ. The market has been carefully curated to showcase and support local makers and food producers and provide a welcoming stage for cultural engagement.
People can browse and buy locally designed and made art, jewellery, fashion and accessories, wellness products, homeware, speciality coffee, and food – including local date products. Visitors can also discover more about Qatar’s traditions and customs, with a range of activities that offer fun, immersive experiences.
Baraha Souq is operated by IN-Q Enterprises in partnership with Torba Markets.
