Fashioning an Empire: Clay Workshop

The Museum of Islamic Art (MIA) is hosting a range of free workshops this November related to the exhibition Fashioning an Empire: Textiles from Safavid Iran, which is running until 20 April 2024 at MIA.
Inspired by the exhibition, this workshop will explore different coat designs during the Safavid period. Participants will design coats using clay. Please note that the workshop will be conducted in Arabic and English and is free to attend.
The event will take place at the Education Centre in MIA, for kids 12 to 14 years old.
