Habitats and Shelters (Virtual Exhibition)

This exhibition was inspired by the National Museum of Qatar’s ‘Qatar Natural Environment’ and ‘Life in Al Barr (Desert)’ galleries. It will explore how, in times of uncertainty, humans and animals take shelter to survive. The exhibition will include photographs, illustrations and sketches submitted by the community depicting how they adapted to their habitat and living space during self-isolation.

The exhibition will be hosted on the Google Arts & Culture platform, which features content from over 2,000 leading museums and archives who have partnered with the Google Cultural Institute to preserve and bring the world’s art and culture online.
