The 3-2-1 Sustainable Obstacle Course Challenge

Organised by the 3-2-1 Qatar Olympic and Sports Museum (QOSM) this exciting obstacle course aims to provide the perfect family bonding experience, as family members gear up to advance their running, climbing, jumping, crawling, and balancing skills over 16 obstacles.
The course is designed to test all ages, abilities and fitness levels with the help of endurance and strength obstacles. Please note that QOSM continues to demonstrate its commitment towards the environment by using obstacles made of biodegradable and recyclable materials.
The 3-2-1 Sustainable Obstacle Course Challenge will test the participants’ strength, speed, agility, motor skills, coordination, and endurance, thereby promoting physical activity and a healthy lifestyle, encouraging the community to stay active and fit.
Details
▪ Adult obstacles: Wall Climb – Tyre drags – Barricades – Crawl – Ladders – Cones – Sand Buckets
▪ Junior obstacles: Hurdles – A-Frame – Tyre Run – Crawl – Sandbag Wall
▪ Timings: 3 pm to 9 pm (daily, seven days per week)
▪ Race days: 16 December 2023 / 13 February 2024
