The Lion King – Live in Concert

• The Lion King film is in Arabic and subtitled in English.
• No food or drinks are allowed inside the seating area.
• Ticket holders need to present their valid tickets purchased through Virgin Megastore or QTickets for scanning. No other reseller tickets will be accepted.
• Admission is only possible with a valid ticket assigned to a numbered seat.
• Children under 2 are free but must sit on an adult’s lap.
• Under 16’s must be accompanied by adults 21+.
• Strictly no readmission.
• The show will start on time at 18:00.
• Bags larger than 30x30x15 are not permitted. No storage or cloakroom facilities are available.
• Venue doors open 1 hour before the show.
• Accessible seating tickets must be purchased. A disabled ID must be presented with the accessible tickets at the venue entrance. Only one accompanying person is allowed and must hold another accessible ticket.
• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and are for your personal use only.
• This e-ticket should always be kept with you and produced upon request by the staff.
• Validation of the ticket holder’s identity may be requested at the gate. This could take the form of a valid photo ID & the credit card used for the purchase.
• In case of cancellation or postponement of the event, the refund of this e-ticket is subject to the terms and conditions of the event organizer.
• Disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of this ticket may result in denial of admission or removal of the ticketholder from the venue.
