VCUarts Qatar Presents Tasmeem Doha 2024, ‘Under Construction’

‘Building a Painting – With Robots, ‘Building Value from Conflict’, ‘Digital Craft. Carbon Fiber Bicycle, ‘The Architecture of the Body’ and ‘Fologram’ are just a few of the workshops taking place at the prestigious art and design conference at the QF partner university.

Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts in Qatar (VCUarts Qatar), a Qatar Foundation (QF) partner university, presents the next edition of Tasmeem Doha titled ‘Under Construction’ from 2-5 March 2024.

This year, the event will be held at various locations across the city, including but not limited to VCUarts Qatar’s campus in Education City, M7 in Msheireb Downtown Doha, and Expo 2023 Doha in Al Bidda Park. As with previous editions, the conference consists of workshops, panel discussions, and expert talks.

The public is welcome to attend the events that take place on Saturday, 2 March, from 3 pm to 7 pm, free of charge. Public attendees need to register at tasmeem.qatar.vcu for the Tasmeem Doha Open Day.

Tasmeem Doha is an international, biennial art and design conference hosted and organised by VCUarts Qatar since 2004.
