World Aquatics Championships – Doha 2024

QAR 20 – QAR 200The World Aquatics Championships (also known as the FINA World Championships until 2022) are the World Championships for six aquatics sports: swimming, diving, high diving, open water swimming, artistic swimming, and water polo. The competitions are run by World Aquatics and all swimming events are contested in a long course 50-metre pool.
The event was first held in 1973 in Belgrade, Yugoslavia, and is now held every two years.
For World Aquatics Championships – Doha 2024, at least 2,600 athletes are expected to participate from over 190 nations. The competitions will be held at three major venues in Doha – Aspire Dome, Hamad Aquatic Centre, and the Old Doha Port.
