Al Mayassa Theatre at Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) will liven up this weekend, 13 and 14 February, as African tunes from the Nile Basin countries are performed onstage in what may be the biggest African festival of its kind in GCC!
Bloom Entertainment, the organiser of the Nile Festival, is honoured to start the first year of the festival with exciting musical performances by distinguished artists from Sudan, Ethiopia, Kenya and Uganda.
Performaces on Thursday, 13 February includes Helen Berhe (Ethiopia) and Kamal Tarbas (Sudan). Doors will open at 7 pm. Friday performers include Vinka (Uganda), Nyashinski (Kenya) and Yousif Albarbari (Sudan). Doors will open at 5:30 pm.
Ticket prices start from QAR100 and can be bought online via the link below, or at any Virgin Megastores in Villaggio, Landmark, Doha Festival City or Mall of Qatar. You can also purchase tickets at the door during the event, but make sure to come early to avoid the long queue.
