More than 500 guests – VIP, prominent figures, influencers, and media were invited to a ‘taste’ adventure starting with a welcome reception around the pool area, filled with exciting and engaging activations, live band entertainment, and pass around canapes and sips. The culinary experience was designed to showcase the island’s collection of signature restaurants.
The exclusive island escape in the heart of The Pearl Qatar comes as part of Alfardan Group’s vision to provide iconic luxury developments focused on supreme hospitality services to Qatar and the region.
Multi-property General Manager Wissam Suleiman said the launch event marks the beginning of a journey, where the island becomes your dining destination.

World-class culinary experience
Each of the seven restaurants offered a unique world-class culinary experience in an exceptionally special atmosphere capturing distinctive flavours.
Starting with the authentic Greek fish taverna Manos, famous for its fresh seafood caught daily along with a vast selection of Greek classics and traditional Mediterranean dishes. The restaurant is a slice of the Aegean Sea and is open for lunch and dinner, promising guests a special journey filled with authentic Greek hospitality, Zorba dancing, breaking plates, and Greek family fun.
Moving on to Chotto Matte, a concept brought to life in London for guests seeking to indulge in a sophisticated and lively combination of Peruvian and Japanese flavours. This restaurant is renowned for its award-winning Nikkei cuisine experience. From the theatrics of the open sushi counter, flaming robata grill to the live DJ and entertainment sets, Chotto Matte delivers an accessible take on immersive fine dining with something to discover at every corner of the restaurant. An open terrace is also available where guests can enjoy panoramic views of the harbour.
Similarly, the signature Italian lifestyle venue, Roberto’s, which delivers a host of unforgettable culinary and entertainment experiences, sets new standards for delivering hospitality excellence and a stellar guest experience. The restaurant’s world-class team blends an admirably Roman devotion to food with Venetian hospitality and a Milanese flair, resulting in a unique and homegrown reinterpretation of Italian cuisine and Dolce Vita entertainment.
Next on the list is Babel, an exclusive luxurious Lebanese fine dining concept, known for its contemporary fusion of flavours. The restaurant has dynamic architecture, outstanding hospitality and its Mediterranean offering features classics from traditional delicacies to fresh seafood. Babel takes guests on a journey of taste, exploring combinations of inherited ingredients, reflecting all that is best in Lebanon.
Al-Mandaloun Waterfront, a captivating Mediterranean oasis features flavours from around the world – with a Lebanese twist. It has a view of The St Regis Marsa Arabia Island pool and provides a round-the-clock experience across both the restaurant and pool bar area, offering guests breakfast, a salad bar, lunch, dinner, and weekly live entertainment for unmatched refreshing, relaxing and lively atmosphere.
Ahwet Zeitouna, the place people can call home, is the latest friendly neighbourhood café, that takes Lebanese cuisine lovers back to the golden 70s era. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the perfect destination for an all-day dining experience.
Finally, NAR restaurant, diligently designed to infuse the look and feel of the contemporary realm into the world of authentic Turkish flavours, offering Anatolian cuisine within a lively and casual setting. The sophisticated touch of its interiors and fine art pieces, highlight its inviting vibes.
