The Sheikh Faisal Bin Qassim Al Thani Museum (FBQ Museum) is launching the first exhibition in the three-part exhibition series ‘Artists in the Time of COVID-19’ at The White Majlis, featuring Qatar-based artists. 

The FBQ Museum launched the big community project in April and over the past months, has received an impressive variety of artworks from Qatar’s creative community, with many artists expressing their feelings on the COVID-19 pandemic in creative and expressive ways.

The three-month exhibition will be open to the public starting on 4 September at the FBQ Museum’s contemporary art space, The White Majlis where art lovers and museum visitors can elevate their tour with an exceptional experience and inspiring pieces of art.

The first in the three-series exhibition will kick off next week, on 4 September, the second exhibition will start on 9 October and the final exhibition will be on from 13 November onwards. All exhibitions will feature paintings, videos, prints, photographs, collage art and sculptures. A space dedicated to young artists will be included in the exhibition.
