We are happy to be present at Milipol Qatar for the 11th time, demonstrating our commitment to Qatar, the Qatari market, and the security sector. GBM will be presenting its security portfolio and providing live demos on several solutions dealing with physical and IT security. The issue of security is a very dynamic one, with new technologies bringing new risks. We at GBM are committed to providing our clients with effective solutions and services that assert their leadership in the market and improve their agility and security.’

‘Threats on the cyber and physical security of businesses and public sector organisations have increased exponentially throughout the years. Security is a hot topic of discussion in board rooms – it should no longer be seen as just an IT issue, but as a part of overall enterprise responsibility.’

At this year’s show, GBM will demonstrate a range of products and solutions developed to improve the protection of both the physical and online security of public and private institutions. Highlights at the stand will include presentations and demos of the GBM Security Framework and IBM, Cisco, SAP, and Panduit products and solutions. Visitors will be able to interact with applications like IBM’s Intelligent Video Analytics – software designed to identify event, attributes, or patterns of behavior on video for you, and Cisco’s Instant Connect, an IP-based solution delivering highly secure communications with full-featured group collaboration using any radio, group, desktop, or mobile device. They will also have experts on hand to talk about options like the Cisco Tactical Operations (TacOps) NERV truck, a solution employed by organisations like FEMA and the UN to act as a mobile communication centre in disaster sites. Meanwhile, the GBM Cyber Security Practice will be showcasing its holistic and integrated framework through a demo on IBM Qradar Integrated with Windows, Linux, Database, and Firewall.

GBM has been serving the security sector since it began operations in 1990, delivering equipment, applications, security products, support, education, and consulting services to clients across the region.
