The Gulf Organisation for Research and Development (GORD) is pleased to announce the release of GSAS 2019 Construction Management manuals, aimed to provide a framework for performance measurements following normative standards and accepted best practices that take into consideration the specific ecological and environmental context of the region.

GSAS Construction Management (GSAS-CM) certificate is issued to buildings and infrastructure projects, which are under construction, to evaluate the sustainability impact of the project over the course of the construction phase. It assesses numerous aspects of construction processes and on-site practices undertaken by contractors, which have lasting sustainability impacts. GSAS-CM may be used to assess single buildings, mixed-use developments, districts and infrastructure projects, irrespective of whether GSAS Design and Build certification has been pursued for these projects or not.
