Not one, but two new Gordon Ramsay restaurants are going to open at the St. Regis Doha this month.

Gordon Ramsay Doha will be launched on 1st May, offering a fine-dining experience in an intimate setting and Opal by Gordon Ramsay Doha, a relaxed bistro that will serve Western classics, will open on 15th May.

Michelin-starred Chef Gilles Bosquet will be looking after both restaurants. At Gordon Ramsay Doha look out for Ramsay’s famous ravioli of lobster, shellfish and salmon (below) or try Bosquet’s signature dish of wild mushroom cannelloni with black truffles.
