GWC (QPSC), the leading logistics provider in Qatar, has announced that they will provide SME companies importing critical medical supplies for the fight against COVID-19, free customs clearance and transportation services, for a period of three months starting 1 April.
The announcement is in line with the directives of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, to support members of the SME sector in coping with the financial consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to GWC Group CEO Ranjeev Menon, the company’s various financial relief programmes for the SME sector in response to the COVID-19 crisis, is an extension of their dedication towards delivering the nation’s needs and their solidarity with the people.
Earlier in March, GWC also announced a three-month rent waiver for retail outlets and a six-month rental discounts for SME warehouse tenants at the GWC Bu Sulba Warehousing Park.
