Hospitality Development Company (HDC), a subsidiary of United Development Company (UDC) and one of the leading hospitality and fine dining companies in Qatar, is gearing up to host the first-of-its-kind, live cooking show on The Pearl-Qatar. The event will be at The Amphitheatre: 30 La Croisette, Porto Arabia.
Aisha Al Tamimi will be presenting the two-hour event on 28 February 2019. She is one of Qatar’s top chefs, the host of other prominent TV cooking shows and has had the opportunity to represent Qatar at the globally leading Expo Milano in 2015. During the show, Aisha Al Tamimi will engage with the audience while preparing her dishes and take food enthusiasts through an inspirational cooking journey.
In addition to the first event on 28 February, three other live culinary shows will be held. The first will be hosted by the Lebanese Chef Richard Khoury on 1 March, leading Indian Chef Vineet Bhatia on 7 March, and the last by popular Kuwaiti Chef Fawaz Al Omaim, on 8 March.
It is worth mentioning that Chef Richard Khoury has hosted cooking shows across numerous TV channels in the Arab world, while award-winning Chef Vineet Bhatia, has been named as ‘Chef of the Year’ in 2004. In addition, Chef Fawaz Al Omaim has been recognised for his passion for blending flavours and for being a distinguished social media influencer.
Following each of the celebrity chefs’ shows, HDC will be presenting selected recipes from their flagship F&B outlets: Burj Al Hamam, Megu, Isla, Urban Jazz Kitchen, Arabesque & Chocolate Bar.
