Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) announced that all emergency and inpatient services across its network of hospitals will operate as usual, 24-hours a day.

Heart Hospital (for cardiac patients only) and the Urgent Care Centre of the National Centre for Cancer Care and Research (NCCCR), for patients with ongoing cancer treatments, will operate as per normal timings. Dialysis services will also operate as per normal timings, as will Paediatric Emergency Clinics, which will remain open 24-hours a day for medical emergencies involving patients under 14 years old.

All Outpatient Departments (OPD) will re-open on Tuesday, 19 June along with all administrative and clinical support services, including pharmacies.

The NCCCR Radiotherapy Unit will be open 7 am until 3 pm, Sunday to Thursday. The Day Care Unit will be closed until 17 June.

The Dermatology Clinic will open on 20-21 June from 8 am to 1 pm.

Patients requiring information about clinic operating hours, scheduled appointments, or wishing to change their appointment, can call the Hamad Customer Service Centre (Nesma’ak) on 16060.

Nesma’ak however, will be closed on 15, 16, and 17 June and will re-open on 18 June, 8 am until 7 pm. Regular operating hours will resume on 22 June.
