InterContinental® Doha The City launches a new theme night at The Square featuring flavours from East and Southeast Asia.

The delicacy of Japanese food, the vibrancy of Chinese cooking, the balance of flavours of Thai cuisine, and more can be found at The Square every Wednesday with the new Taste of Asia dinner nights. Awaken all your senses with a myriad of bold flavours when you dine on live cooking stations such as Chinese Peking duck, Korean Bibimbap, Vietnamese Pho, Indonesian Nasi Goreng, Japanese Wagyu beef teriyaki, and a selection of savoury and sweet sushi.

Executive Chef Remi van Peteghem is delighted to launch this new exciting and flavourful theme night at The Square. He said:

Our chefs have put their hearts into delivering authentic recipes to our guests and they are proud to show off their skills. You’ll find favourite dishes and new traditional items to try with this festival of flavours. On rotation are beloved main courses and desserts from different East and Southeast Asian countries including Hainanese Chicken from China, Bibimbap and Bulgogi from Korea, Sinigang from The Philippines, and Ramen and Chicken Tonkatsu from Japan.

Scrumptious desserts from the region are expertly prepared by the culinary team. Ube Halaya and HaloHalo from The Philippines, Dango and Matcha Rolls from Japan, Mango Sticky Rice from Thailand, Chinese Egg Custards Tarts, and Korean Bukkumi will delight your taste buds.

When you dine at The Square, The Aladdin Kids Club will delight your little ones with exciting games, activities, and a dedicated children’s buffet just for them.
