InterContinental® Doha Welcomes New Resident Manager Elie Saliba

New Resident Manager at IHD

InterContinental Doha recently welcomed their new Resident Manager Elie Saliba. The new manager will oversee the overall operations of the hotel, including food and beverage, spa, and the hotel’s residences.  

Elie started his career with InterContinental Hotels Group in 2002 and brings with him more than 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He managed a team of 500 employees in food preparation and service delivery, planned and coordinated training, maintained operational excellence, and worked with franchising management.

Prior to joining InterContinental Doha, Elie was the Food and Beverage Director at InterContinental Jordan – Amman, where he successfully led the expansive F&B operations for two and a half years. He launched a countrywide loyalty programme for IHG Hotels in Jordan, resulting in high level of guest satisfaction and customer loyalty.

A graduate of the American University of Beirut with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Hotel Management, Elie is a passionate hotelier and always aims to achieve great successes with the team while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
