Jaidah Automotive, Chevrolet’s exclusive dealer in Qatar, held the Qatar debut of the 2017 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 at the 7th edition of Qatar Motor Show (QMS). The Camaro ZL1 is the most powerful Camaro in the model’s fifty year history, and enthusiasts will have the opportunity to check out the Camaro ZL1 until 22 April at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre.
Attending the motor show on behalf of Jaidah Automotive was Khalid Samir, Director of Operations at Jaidah Automotive. Also present were Markus Leithe, Managing Director Middle East – General Motors, Abdallah Madhoun, Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for Chevrolet GM Middle East, and representatives from both ends.
Madhoun said they were excited to showcase the Camaro ZL1, which will go on sale in Qatar very soon. The Camaro ZL1, according to him, is designed to excel at everything, delivering on design, dependability, quality and performance. The ZL1 is the track capable version of the award-winning sixth generation of the Camaro and can challenge the most advanced sports coupes in the world. It is the first production car to use a new, advanced 10-speed automatic gearbox, which offers strong economy and performance benefits. It is also available as a six-speed manual.
Jaidah Automotive’s Khalid Samir said the vehicles on showcase this year portray Chevrolet’s latest innovation in safety, design, and technology.
