In this special Ramadan series, Julia Toon, culinary motivator and author of the book ‘Good Eating: A Taste of Qatar’, will bring you recipes that are perfect for the celebration of the Holy Month of Ramadan. New recipes every week, straight from Jules of the Kitchen.

JULES OF THE KITCHENHello everyone.

I believe my Ramadan recipe for this week will be one all chocoholics will LOVE and of course, be very much a delicious sweet tooth treat.

Baked Chocolate Pudding (recipe here!) is another easy-to-do recipe with an absolute WOW factor once baked. Full of chocolatey goodness combined with eggs, butter, sugar and a touch of flour. I guarantee making this delightful pudding will take you no time at all to make, and when all the ingredients are mixed together, it forms a mousse-like texture that sets firm when baked.

As with many chocolate-based puddings, the final touch of raspberries and a generous swirl of single cream poured all over the top will take this dream dessert to a sublime level, making you wish for more and more.

So please enjoy this heavenly pudding and see you next week when I plan to share with you recipes to enjoy during the upcoming Eid celebrations.

STAY SAFE, STAY WELL and STAY RAMADAN DESSERT making.
