The theme for this week is ‘Raw & Healthy’ and today I share a delightful healthy recipe I experienced whilst on my holiday many moons ago in Thailand. The recipe is Thai Papaya Salad (full recipe here!) and is truly authentic in its ingredients and method as I had the pleasure of being taught this recipe by a wonderful Thai chef during one of my many visits.
