As you know, I am a great advocate for eating healthy and this recipe is definitely a favourite of mine due to the addition of avocado. I just adore avocados and try to eat them daily.
The recipe I share is the very popular Avocado Salsa (full recipe here!). So easy to make especially if you use a food processor to quickly chop the ingredients (bar the avocado) but of course, for those who love to chop by hand, this method works well also. Take care whatever method you use not to over chop, as a salsa should have a coarse texture and not resemble a puree/sauce.
Before I leave you, always remember to enjoy fresh raw food in your daily diet in order to maintain good health. The revered ancient Greek philosopher and physician Hippocrates was a huge champion of the saying ‘Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food’. Wonderful advice and still meaningful even in our 21st century.
Look after your health always,
