The Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) recently opened a new customer services centre in the Industrial Area, to cater to the needs of companies and bulk customers.

In a statement, Kahramaa said that the opening of the branch is in direct response to the growing demand for electricity and water services from companies and bulk customers. The move also aligns with the company’s overall strategy of enhancing customer service operations and providing the highest standards of quality and reliability.

The newly-inaugurated centre is equipped with smart and automated solutions, specifically tailored to meet the requirements and conditions of corporate services, particularly the huge service demands.

The statement also said that the establishment of the branch for this particular client segment would significantly enhance service efficiency and expedite the processing of specialised transactions while ensuring seamless business operations. Kahramaa remains committed to staying updated with the latest global advancements in the customer services sector while aiming to continuously improve its service delivery and effectiveness.

The new centre features a modern reception hall equipped with service desks and smart service screens and dedicated tools for support and training to Kahramaa staff. In order to ensure a smooth process, contractors and authorised personnel are required to present identification cards.

The new branch is open for receiving and processing applications from Sun to Thu, 7:30 am to 12 pm.
