Executive Chef Lam brings his expertise to elevate Liang as a unique Chinese cuisine experience offering unparalleled authenticity. Menu highlights include classic Dim Sum with specialities like Hong Kong-style Turnip Cake and Steamed Chicken Dumplings. Along with advanced wok cooking techniques from the main courses include Aromatic Braised Seabass, Mongolian Lamb Ribs and Peking Style “Zha Jiang” Noodles each highlight the flavours of the fresh ingredients used. Then there’s the traditional preparation of the exceptional Peking Duck, a roasted whole duck served with steamed Peking-style pancakes – surely a unique treat in the region.
