Mandarin Oriental, Doha is delighted to participate in the second edition of Doha Healthcare Week organised by the World Innovation Summit for Health (WISH). Doha Healthcare Week commences on 8 November 2020 and is designed to promote healthy living with a diverse programme for all age groups which includes mental and physical wellness activities, health checks, healthy cooking and competitions.

Mandarin Oriental, Doha invites guests to an online cooking class presented by Executive Pastry Chef Lucas Bonnaud with food blogger and entrepreneur Khaled AlRayes. Participants can join online to learn how to prepare healthy recipes which include a scrumptious seasonal fruit tart and oatmeal cookies. Dishes will showcase key ingredients that are staples in a Mediterranean diet including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes and olive oil.

Your culinary journey at IZU begins with a visit to Greece continuing to the South of Italy and the vibrant French Riviera. Included are dishes ideal for sharing, such as Bruschetta with Avocado or Grilled Eggplant and Roasted Capsicum garnished with Thèo extra virgin olive oil harvested in the olive grove of Amaliada region in western Peloponnese, Greece.

The main courses feature colourful vegetables and whole grains with choices including, Artichoke Barigoule, Stuffed Vegetables, Asparagus Risotto and a Vegetarian Shepherd’s Pie with Lentils and Roasted Root Vegetables.
