Mandarin Oriental, Doha is presenting the new summer menu at Baraha Lounge and Mandarin Lounge. Guests can enjoy afternoon tea featuring vibrant summer fruits served with a refreshing Butterfly Pea Flower Mocktail and the Signature Gold Leaf Cappuccino sprinkled with 24-carat gold for a dash of luxury.
The savoury selection includes Cassava Croquette with Peruvian Huancaina sauce, Handmade Chicken Pie with Parmesan Reggiano and roasted walnuts, Sujuk Tart with Feta Cheese, Curry Brioche Sandwich with Organic Egg Salad and finally a Manchego Cheesecake with roasted bell peppers salsa and avocado. The warm scones include the new Blueberry scone served with Devonshire Clotted Cream, Homemade Strawberry and Rhubarb Jam and a Lemon Curd.
The selection of sweets features a Petit Pink Berry Gateau with a raspberry confit and red velvet sponge cake, a Medjool Date Sponge Cake with pecan nut mousse and Tahitian vanilla Chantilly, Pabana Mousse with a tropical fruit crémeux and coconut crunch with passion fruit glaze. Two additional sweets will delight guests, the Dulcey Chocolate Banoffee with Valrhona dark chocolate ganache and banana curd with salted caramel, and the famous organically sourced Malika Honey Tartlet with caramelized almonds and summer peaches.
Guests who choose the afternoon tea can savour a refreshing mocktail infused with a Butterfly Pea Flower and the Signature Gold Leaf Cappuccino for a luxurious take on a classic cappuccino sprinkled with 24-carat gold, both are accompanied by the sweet and savoury delights.
