Tawar Mall recently celebrated the ground-breaking of NOVO Cinemas with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Novo Cinemas Chairman and Qatar Development Bank CEO Abdulaziz bin Nasser Al Khalifa, and Tawar Mall Chairman Tawar Al Kuwari.
Tawar Mall has partnered with Novo Cinemas, a subsidiary of ELAN Group, to open a new state-of-the-art cinema multiplex in Tawar Mall. The opening ceremony was attended by distinguished guests and members of the media, who were also taken on a special tour of the new cinema.
Tawar Al Kuwari said they were honoured to open Novo Cinemas in their mall. ELAN Group Chief Support Officer Khalid Al Muraikhi said they are delighted with the new Novo Cinemas at Tawar Mall which he said, further expands their business in Qatar and strengthen their position as the market leader in unparalleled entertainment experience.
With this opening, Novo Cinemas will now have a total of 48 screens in Qatar, equipped with the latest technology to provide exceptional cinematic experiences for our guests.’
Novo Cinemas at Tawar Mall features nine Premium Theatres that include a luxury 7 Star theatre with personal butler service, fine dining menu selection and fully reclining automated seats. The cinema is also equipped with the latest Dolby Atmos Surround sound technology.
