Ooredoo announced ten times more local minutes and SMS for all Hala Weekly Pack and Shahry Pack customers – giving people more time to talk and text.
This promotion, which starts on 8 August 2013 and ends on 11 August 2013 at 11:59 pm, builds on the success of Ooredoo’s Ramadan offer, which provided five times the number of local minutes and SMS for customers.
The additional allowance benefits all Hala Weekly Pack and Shahry Pack customers, from QR10 Hala Weekly Pack customers who will see their local minutes and SMS increase from 35 to 350, to Shahry 750 Pack customers who will have their local minutes and SMS increase from 6,500 to an incredible 65,000.
Customers can use these minutes to call any local number on any operator in Qatar.
During this promotion, customers’ standard minutes and SMS will be used first, followed by the additional bonus allowance. For Shahry Pack customers who use the International Key service, which transfers local minutes into international minutes, they will only be able to use the original minute allowance for international calls.
For complete details on the promotion, and to find which Hala Weekly Pack or Shahry Pack best fits their needs, customers can visit the Ooredoo website.
Ooredoo will also soon announce a major charity donation tied to the Holy Month of Ramadan. For every local call made, Ooredoo is donating 1 dirham to charity, with the final amount set to be presented after the Eid break.
The company has also announced its opening hours for the Eid Holiday. Ooredoo branches at City Centre, Lagoona, The Pearl, Landmark, Lulu Al Khor, Lulu Gharafa, Villaggio, Hyatt Plaza, Lulu Airport and the Mall will all be open from 4pm to 10pm during the first three days of Eid.
These branches, and all other Ooredoo shops, will return to normal working hours from the fourth day of Eid onwards.
