Our meal began with a hearty Lentil Soup paired with Arabic bread. For salads, we tried the Kisir Salad or Quinoa Tabouleh for fresh and tasty bites. There’s also Couscous Roasted Vegetables Salad and Goat Cheese and Tomato Carpaccio for different textures, and the Fattoush Shots and Oriental Tomato Ceviche offer unique flavours.

The selection of hot mezze features traditional favourites like Kebbeh, Cheese Roll, and Spinach Fatayer. You can also indulge in savoury delights such as Sfeeha and Pide, and don’t miss out on the sweet interlude provided by Halaweh and Debes Rolls.

For those craving a taste of the familiar, the Shawarma Station offers chicken or meat wraps, customisable with an assortment of sauces and condiments. Meanwhile, the Pasta Station delights with its freshly made pasta dishes.

The crown jewel of Vine’s Oriental BBQ Night, the Kebab and Mix Grill Station, showcases the artistry of grilling at its finest. Don’t miss out on the Lamb Kofta and Chicken Kebab, or experience the smoky flavours of Fish Kebab Patties and the tender juiciness of the Shish Taouk.

At the Charcoaled and Slow Roasted Beef and Harrah Lamb Leg Carving Station, guests are in for a treat that engages all their senses. Picture succulent beef and lamb slowly cooked over charcoal, absorbing all the rich flavours as they become tender and juicy. Alongside the meats, guests can indulge in a variety of sauces and side dishes, such as mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, creamy sweetcorn, and crisp green beans.

A highlight of the evening is the Oriental Roasted Shishbarak and Sheikh Almakhshi Station, giving a taste of Eastern culinary traditions. The Roasted Shishbarak in yogurt sauce is a blend of creamy richness, perfectly complemented by herbed oil, pine nuts, and sumac.
