In light of the ongoing situation regarding Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19, Qatar Airways assures all its passengers that the safety of everyone is a top priority and that they maintain the implementation of the highest levels of airline safety and hygiene procedures.
The also launched a new commercial policy to provide customers with maximum flexibility on their travel plans.
Passengers who booked or will book for flights until 30 June 2020 will be offered the flexibility to change their travel plans free of charge. They can opt to:
- Change their travel dates; or
- Exchange their tickets for a travel voucher (EMD) valid for one year
Changes should be made at least three days prior to departure. Any penalties due to rebooking will be waived.
